Court 2nd time around!

Does anyone have any experience in this please?
I have a feeling my ex is wanting more access to our children but we only finished in court in January with our current court order.

I'm not liking the constant threat over me!

He can request it but that doesn't mean it's going to go to court especially if an orders just been made. Unless you've prevent or stopped contact and order that works for the dc should stand at least for a few years

We can't agree on holiday abroad, I've agreed to a week and he wants 10 days. Youngest is only 3 and has separation anxiety from myself!

What's it say about holidays in the order? I can't imagine a judge will allow such a small problem to go back to court. They expect you both to work together and 7 days is enough time for a child of that age.

It states summer holidays should be split in half with a weekly rotation or what is agreed between ourselves.
