Hi all
This is my first post in this area but im also on divorce threads.
H & i separated 2 weeks ago, we have 1 ds 22 months old.
We agreed a plan which we followed for 2 weeks now my h has decided is unfair.
I went to my mediation assessment this morning. He is deciding whether or not to book one. I should know tomorrow.
I'm really struggling & would like some ideas from you all about what arrangements could look like.
I work mon-fri 37.5 hours which can be flexed to suit childcare.
H works 6am-1800 fri-sun (inclusive)
Ds has tuesdays at nursery to give h a break.
All ideas on arrangements i can consider & what they would look like would be very welcome.
Thank you

Maybe he looks after the kids Mon, Tues & Weds.
You look after the kids Fri/Sat/Sun
And you alternate the Thursdays between you.
Gives you a nice clean 50/50 which will work for at least a couple of years until your DS hits school.

Then switch the nursery to Thursday/Friday instead of a Tuesday.

How do u cope with the Fridays now as it seems from the above that you're BOTH at work on that day?
