Will I be able to get benefits?

I was a student with a job and a partner and a small child. Privately renting a house, had plenty of money etc.

A year on, I now have a small child and a newborn, I lost my job, my partner left me and due to a number of other very horrible circumstances I have had to drop out of uni.

Am I going to have to move out my house and live with my mum? We're so poor. Im terrified. feel like an idiot and don't know what to do. Advice greatly appreciated

(Also exP doesn't have to pay child support as he is a student)

You might get housing benefit depending on income worth enquiring, can take several weeks so the sooner your application the better
