Child maintenance - I can't be the only one?

So, not had child maintenance for 5 years. ExH doesn't declare any earnings. I've told HMRC, and told CMA but they don't care...there must be another way to get maintenance from 'D' exH. Can anyone advise? Or are all of us single mums and our kids living on fresh air alone?

Your definitely not the only one. I know single mums who get £700 a month and I know single mums that's get £7 a week. Ex currently doesn't pay anything for our 4 kids and hasn't in 6 years. He does cash in hand so Cms and touch.
