Why can't my life just be simple????? Another rant about an ex

I have asked myself this about a million times since I had my son!!!

To cut a long story short, I've had a lot of issues with ds's father since his birth with contact. He takes him away for 3 hours a week which has been working until he has now decided he can change times, days etc every week even though our agreement is through solicitors! In an attempt to allow him to spend more time with him I've asked him to come here a couple of nights a week to bath him and put him to bed (Ds is only 4 and a half months). I had hoped this would be a way for us to try and maintain some sort of civil arrangement.

I have been told tonight by one of my friends that he, his family and some of MY FRIENDS have been saying that I only want him to come here for MY BENEFIT because I want us to be together.

To be honest I wouldnt care (for any reason apart from my son's sake) if he dropped off the face of the earth!!!! ARGHHHHHHHHHHH

Thats some good advice its so hard to grit my teeth and take everything he fires at me! its so frustrating!!!

He's got some nerve when he's bloody dodging his CSA payments as well and still turning up to collect him as if nothings wrong - idiot.

Too right i hadn't even planned to be there when he comes round was going to get my mum to supervise. It seems to be their opinion that it would be better for my son if I let him take him to his (20 miles away) to bath him then bring him home!!!

choccybickie ignore other people as they dont matter, what does matter is your ex learning to look after and bond with his son and the way to do it is to start off as you suggested, if he wants to take you to court then let him but the judge will probably agree with you.

hi sorry read the title and thought the same question. jus had arguement with kids dad, he hasnt contacted for over 3weeks i jus called him on private number and he gave me sum shit excuse bout losin his fone 4 3weeks even tho it was turnt on all that time and his dad has my number so he could of easily got it and called to see how kids were!! arggggg how can they do these things? show no feelings at all try and do everythin on their terms even tho they arent involved in kids lives?!!!
