I'm not sure this is the right place to ask for this advice. Sorry if it should be somewhere else.
Am extremely worried about a friend. She tried to leave her husband once already and he threatened to take their 15 month old away from her saying she could go back with them or stay away but their ds was going to be staying with him, she ended up going back rather than have him remove ds by force. If she does manage to leave again what can she do, if anything, to stop him taking her ds by force and what can/should she do about contact? He has been emotionally abusive for years but it has escalated in the last 6 months or so.
