Ex taking kids abroad- feel sick

We've been divorced a few years now, but kids still very young.

Ex is taking them on holiday to Spain (they're there now) Feel like screaming and throwing up.

Can anyone help who has had ex take kids out the country without you? I'm not worried about him not coming back (much) just that the young dc are soooo far away from me.

Ok, I'm feeling a bit better now I've got it all out my system. Don't really have anyone to talk to in RL.

My daughter is currently I'm Spain with her dad. He is sending me photos and keeping me up to date, so at least I know what's what and that she is having a good time.

Before they left I had an episode of being scared - due to Barcelona attack and also the fact that despite the fact he had take her abroad before this was the first time just him & her.

It really is working out nicely, he is applying suncream, holding her hand and they are having a ball.

Use this time to relax OP. You deserve it

I can understand how you feel.. My DS's dad doesn't see him...How old are they do you have any contact at all.

I would use distraction..

Try and do some things you can't do when they children are home
