I changed my claim from joint to single 1 and half weeks ago as I have moved back in with my mum, and I asked tax credits when my claim will be processed and the women said they have sent me a letter saying they will be needing more information from me and have a case worker what does this mean exactly? What information will they be needing? I'm stressed out about it as this hasn't happened before thanks x
