Is rental income taken into account? Ex is a full time student but is renting out his property for a monthly sum which is more that my monthly gross salary. I am currently receiving £7 a week sporadically.
If this is counted as income, then what proportion is used? I know they still have a mortgage on the property and it it is roughly a third of the rent. Will be taking to CMO and have heard can ask for a variation. Has anyone done this?
