CSA DEO and new job

Hi,
So my ex informed me he is about to start a new job in a new company.
It took me 4 years and lots of hassle to get anything, so the CSA made a detachment of earnings order due to his non compliance.
That's been working fine for years, slthough he hates it.
Will the DEO transfer automatically to the new employer?
Or will I have to beg/ask the CDs to continue with it?

Hi- I don't know if the deductions automatically move across or if it is up to your ex to inform the CSA of his change in circumstances. It sounds like he might not be forthcoming but as long as you know the name of his new employer, you can inform the CSA yourself and they should deal with it all on your behalf.
