Relate charity are looking for UK parents who have separated within the last 5 years and who had children at the time of separation to participate in a survey to inform a potential new online service to meet the needs of parents going through separation.
In addition to adding valuable insights to shape the design of the new service, completion of the survey also gives participants the option of entering into a prize draw to win an iPad Air 2.
