concerns about daughter at her dads

This may be me completely over reacting but me and my two children father are not together anymore he sees them as and when he wants to and still thinks he can boss me around after 2 years apart but my concern is that when my kids stayed at their dads over Christmas I spoke to my daughter on the phone (she's 5) and she sounded drunk! I confronted her dad and he said I was being stupid so I tried to forget about it, my daughter is staying at her dads this week as my son has had a operation and she can be quiet boisterous and tonight after 7 attempts at me ringing her she sounded drunk again, what can I do

Op,I've read your other threads and see you tend to only post a question and then not make anymore posts.

If you are genuine,can you please come back and explain what you mean by 'she sounds drunk'?

If it is a real concern and she isn't just happy or whatever then you should not be allowing her there and should've removed her instantly.

I can't quite believe anybody wouldn't have removed her if it was a genuine concern so either you are being ott and she is just excited or sleepy (you don't say how she sounds drunk) and deep down you know that or it's a wind up and not a very funny one.

Please come back,because if it it genuine and you haven't done anything this needs sorting.
