Ex see's his DS (4) 50%. So 2,2,3 arrangement. I don't ideally want this arrangement as DS gets moved 3 times a week. I feel like I have no say.
Ex is passive aggressive and still controlling.
I understand he loves and wants to see his son, but I feel like DS is not being put first.
Ex moved out last October and into his Mums, 4-5 miles away.
We have a flat which I am paying all for and we will be selling in the near future.(nest year)
The thing is we live south west London, I cant afford to buy what I'm living in alone, and I feel awful considering moving further out to afford to buy a new home. DS has just started reception too.
Renting a 2 bed flat is around £1200pcm !
I cant afford to buy him out.
I feel like I'm stuck.
IS this the way it has to be for everyone else's happiness ?
If I consider my self I have to face my conscience.....

try looking at shared ownership properties locally? if you can pout down bigger proportion then rental bit wont be so much...

If you cannot afford to stay in the area then move to one not to far away that you can afford
