I haven't sent any scan photos or told him anything as he isn't interested. I won't be offering to put his name on birth certificate but he can apply after and I won't stop him. Should I tell him when baby is born? Should I update him on my pregnancy at all? WWYD?

Thank you LJAR and good luck to you. They're a bunch of idiots who will regret it one day hopefully. Stay in touch would be nice to hear how it pans out for you xx

Good luck to you both. It will all turn out for the best. Having a 'fairweather father' in and out of your child's life is not a good situation as it confuses them. I know friends who have had to deal with it. My dd is happy, and we are a little family just the two of us. I don't have family nearby and so it has been hard but I have great friends and you meet other mums through nursery and groups. You will be surprised how strong you are and how nice it is to please just you and your beautiful child Grin
