Dd will be going to stay abroad (EU) with her biological father over Christmas. Previously he lived in the UK and they stayed with his toxic parents whenever they went over there, however he is now living back in that country in a different city with his sister.

Am I entitled to know where she'll be staying. His sister is slightly more normal, so am happier about it in that respect, however in case emergency and for sending the REMO forms to try and make the bastard pay the correct amount of maintenance I really would like to know where she is, especially as he rarely answers his phone.

There will be more knowledgeable posters than me but I think the answer is that you do not have the automatic right to know but if you went to court a judge would probably consider it a reasonable request.

My ex and I live in the same country but I have always informed him where we are staying on holiday because if he does ever take ds on holiday abroad I sure as shit want to know where they are staying.
