Mediation tonight - wish me luck!

Really not looking forward to it although exh seems keen. Maybe he thinks it's a magic fix-it-all session and I'll start being friendly towards him?! (He left 11 weeks ago and moved in with ow and her kids very quickly).

I've written a list of my concerns as I'm sure I'll forget some things. It's bound to be emotional...

I also had thought through where I was prepared to compromise and how much I would compromise.

I don't really know what exh is going to ask for. I don't stop him seeing the kids despite knowing they'll be spending time with the ow and her kids... He has them every other weekend and also one evening after school every other week. CM is all set up privately atm.

Mediation can be emotional so record the session on your mobile phone - it'll help you reflect back afterwards, and also identify any areas where exh is pushing your buttons or being disingenuous. (Can you tell I had an awful time with my exh during Mediation?)
