Hi just after some advice, I have been on my own with 3 kids for 4 years, ex has never paid a penny for nearly first 3 years he signed on whilst working full time to avoid paying and last year he hasn't been signing on but is still working full time.

He tells CSA he doesn't work! Over the past year I have hounded CSA call them/email them weekly giving evidence that he does work, details of work place, pictures of him driving his work van/parked outside his house, screen shots of him advertising his work on his facebook page, tell them how he is getting married in few month, the prestigious cars he has, how he took the kids to euro Disney few weeks ago etc etc (not bad for someone who doesn't work)

So yesterday I get a letter telling me child support are tsking him to court for the arrears (£4000) just wondered if anyone has been though this and what to expect from the courts and how long it takes and also weather or not the courts will set up a future maintenance arrangement and orders he pays it or do they just leave it at getting the arrears meaning I will get nothing again for the next 4 years until they decide to catch up with him again?

Thanks x

I only have experience of bad dealings with the CSA not like yours specifically. All I would say is email your MP. It is the only thing that has helped me as he has contacted CSA for me and they have finally got there butts into gear and they even phoned me - I nearly fell off my chair at work.
