Looking for single parent houseshare from September, Central London

I thought it was worth a try, so...

I am currently pregnant, due in January, looking to find somewhere child-friendly to live from about September onwards, within a reasonable commute of the West End (W1) where I will be returning to work full-time in April.

I am a non-smoker, clean and tidy, and a good (and enthusiastic) cook. I have lived in shared houses previously, so can provide references if necessary. Apart from cooking, I enjoy being outside, pilates, and tennis, as well as gardening, sewing, reading etc. I occasionally go out dancing, but am far from being a club fiend.

I'm not sure what the baby will be like, as I haven't met him yet, but rest assured I will do my utmost to make us desirable housemates.

So, if anyone has a spare double room in an existing houseshare, or is considering taking a lodger, or would like someone to househunt with, do get in touch.

Thank you.

Hi I am also interested in a house share. Both my children will be attending school in the w10 area and I have been off work for a while but looking to volunteer within W10, to get back into the swing of office work again. I would like to house hunt together
