Csa office changed to Falkirk.....does this mean ex in Scotland?

My case with CSA is just finally getting sorted after DNA tests and months of waiting. Today they sent me a letter saying the office who will deal with the case from now on is in fAlkirk. Does this mean ex p is in Scotland or is this just really random? I am in west yorks so seems odd!

no. falkirk also deal with North of England.
