Ex told me the other day via email that he pays his bills and would pay for DD (5) but he hasnt got any money. I got a little confused by this and said to him how do you pay your bills if CSA told me 2 months ago that you dont have any money? He then told me he lives in a house (the letters dd sends him are addressed to a flat) and that when he has the money he will pay for dd. He finally said that "for the record my job seekers is being sorted" I've heard that story for a year.

Is it worth me calling CSA?

If he's on JSA, he will have to pay £5 per week. Although it will barely buy anything, to me it's not the point, it's the principle. She's his daughter and he should pay something, however small. Do it.

I thought he was on JSA but i was told in september he doesnt have any money and therefore will pay £0. But now hes said he pays his bills...soo..if hes able to pay his bills, can he not spare £2 a month or week for now till it is sorted?
