CSA and contact with children - does it effect payments?

CSA, after over 2 years have finally taken the first payment from my ex. This sat, I have said he can't have the kids (long story and I have good reason).

He reckons he is going to phone the CSA and say I am refusing contact and that will effect my payments? Not that worried as he is contesting the payments anyway and I have managed without it for long enough. To me, money has nothing to do with if/when he has the kids, it's about what is best for them.

But I just want to check if I am correct in thinking the CSA don't take any notice of if he sees the kids or not? And it won't effect my claim? I know if they sleep there over a certain amount of times it changes things but it's never been anywhere near that at any point so thinking this shouldn't effect anything.

separate issues Lilly, do not worry, typical BS.

Tell him they are not pay per view...and that the CSA will point that out. No need to worry at all.

Your right it is only if they sleep and even then the less they sleep the more he pays.

Thanks all again. He is such an arsehole and I am so fed up! Sad
