If so, does it say that the NRP has to tell the RP where he/she is during periods that the DC are with the NRP? Would you mind if it didn't?

Oh, my ex never gave up - nothing has changed since the day she abducted our DS from the FMH. She still plays the same games.

It was only her own solicitor and CAFCASS officer that (presumably) told her that she had such a weak case.

The whole case though was utterly pointless and the only one who profited was her solicitor. Not her, not me and certainly not our DS. Even now he loses out because his parents cannot work together but I live in hope because he deserves better.

If you need any help though give me a shout. I'm a member of FNF (Families Need Fathers) and I'd recommend your DP gives them a call. Lots of partners, bio mums and NRP mums there too because this isn't a gender issue...it's about the kids!
