need help advice on getting my son to school?

hi this is my 1st post so please forgive me if this is in the wrong section.Here goes my 8 yr old son was left at school for several hours with 2 broken bones in his leg i have removed my son and placed him in the nearest school now he usually gets free school transport i have applied to the council and i have been refused transport for his new school now even CAMS have said that my son needed to be removed from his old school as he was clearly unhappy at his old school and this was causing him to be unhappy in life is there anything else i can do i am disabled (mobility) some days unable to get out of bed so driving him myself is out the question i can not send my son back to his old school what more can ido to change the transport decision any help advice much appreciated thank you also i forgot to mention i am a single mum with no friends or family around where i live so we are on our own

google levenes solicitors - they are very, very good. No parent would want to send a child back to a school that neglected to notice their 8 year old had 2 broken bones! The LA are taking advantage of your vulnerability so a solicitor on your side should even up the discussion a little.

its 4miles away i live out in the sticks so would cost me a fortune,thanks for your help bochead much appreciated its so hard dealing with everything at the moment and financially its hard getting him too and from school i know it was my choice to remove him from his old school but there was no way he was staying there thanks everyone x

Hi i have been trying for days now to get hold of "Levenes" and unsuccessfully i can say being told that somebody will ring me and they have not!! they suggested maybe i could find somebody else as they are extremely busy i found this strange as i cant even just speak to somebody to see if i have a chance.Anymore suggestions on what i can do he said i will just have to wait but ive been physically drained through doing the runs and spent 2 days in bed as unable to move i really do need help anybody???? :-(

plzzzzz anybody's help or on what i can do next??
