eldest child due to go to uni soon and ex has suggested making his own arrangement with her re paying her the maintence directly.
But, I was just wondering when he stops paying it completely will the amount be halved for the younger child or does it revert to a one child situation?

It pays as if you only had one child - ie 15% of net income instead of the 20% he should be paying at present. In other words it reduces by a quarter.

if your arrangement is via CSA and not court order, that is.
