Hi
I have had a letter from tax credits as many will have checking childcare costs for a certain period. Over that period my childcare cost did change, however not enough to affect the award (not more than £10 per week). I thought it had only changed once, however when i asked my preschool to provide a letter it had changed twice. I have had a lot on recently ie divorce and i didn't notice the change. so i only informed the tax credit of the one change. will i get a fine or because it wouldn't have affected my award anyway, will this be ok?

I've tried to inform tax credits of childcare costs having reduced by less than £10 and they actually wouldn't let me do this. They said they can't register changes of under £10, so I think you'll be fine.
