Not really a lone parent thread but seeing as my having PTSD from my DS birth was one of the reasons my Ex left me I thought I would put it on here as I want to shout about it.
The Doctor that very negligently performed my c-section has finally been struck off the register and can no longer work. I put a complaint in to the General Medical Council in Jan 2010 and so did the hospital. It has been a long road and very upsetting at times especially having to face the Dr again at the medical hearing in London. Giving evidence was hard and stressful but happily he can no longer work and do the same damage to another woman that he has done to me and the GMC thanked me for my part in it and said that it really helped their case.
Not really bothered about telling the Ex as he left a week after giving evidence in October for OW. Figured he doesn't really care. Now if I only I could drink champagne and celebrate but off to a wonderful night shift in A and E!
