exdp pays £200 a month maintenance - this monht just £12 has been received. He says CSA have charged for collecting the money - before I start the grim task of calling them does anyone know if this is right?r

No. They're proposing charging, but it hasn't happened yet. Apply now whilst it's still free to do so!

Sometimes I get payments from the csa in two parts . They take it directly from exh s employer so it doesn't even hit his bank account.

I think they have it sitting in the csa account before they pass it on to me.

Assuming it's so they can gain a little intrest, and cover their costs. ( just guessing , no proof of this)

He's talking crap. The bill hasn't been passed yet. And it won't if I have anything to do with it!

I know our payments do take a few days to get to us. They take the money from XP on the 1st of the month but it's not in my bank until the 14th.

Agree Droves
Csa used to take money via a deductions of earnings order once a month, the money would then sit in their bank account until I phoned and questioned where my money was then suddenly a few days later it would appear in my accountSad
I'm sure they do that to get all the interest

thank you - I will phone them tomorrow - he insists he's paid it - he pays through them - and in fairness (how it hurts to be fair where he's concerned) he hasn't not paid before ..
