CSA - Application for a variation to the child maintenance calculation

Does anyone have any experience of applying for a variation? I am just getting so fed up and drained of fighting for any maintenance, and wonder if it is even worth filling out this form!
A bit of background, my ex is a nasty violent man, so I had to leave him as I did not want my baby brought up in that sort of home. He has seen her once since I gave birth and that was only to pick up some stuff. He says he hopes she dies a slow and painful death.
He is wealthy although works cash in hand etc, has not paid any tax since 2005 and so does not have to pay me a single penny as he is not on a payrol. He has cars worth over £100k and have had at leasst 5 holidays already this year.

GalaxyAddict - I wish you luck getting maintenance.

You know what, if the CSA say they can't help you, I would be very tempted to report him for tax evasion <a class="break-all" href="https://online.hmrc.gov.uk/shortforms/form/TEH_IRF?dept-name=TEH&sub-dept-name=&location=39&origin=www.hmrc.gov.uk" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here. But maybe I'm just vengeful Smile
