hi was hoping to meet sum mums in my situation,im 28 and have a lovely daughter who,s almost 8 im a single mum and i find tht it can be very lonely and isolating for us both at times xxx

Your daughter is at primary school now, at that age she should have some friends and play dates after school? After school clubs, swimming lessons, etc.? You will meet mums that way, and extend your social circle.
Have you checked the school for info?

If not, there must be places where you can check - your GP reception room, community centres, local library, CAB etc.
