Can anyone recommend a good family law solicitor close to the Bexley are in Kent. I have just relocated from Wales and am needing to access the services of a good solicitor to act for my son who doesn't want to see his dad. There is a Court Order in place and at the moment I am in breach of that in supporting my son in his decision. It's so important to find a solicitor who knows what they're doing. I'd rather not leave it to chance. Any recommendations would be much appreciated. Thank you x

Hi

I dont know where it is in relation to Bexley but I used a family law sol in Maidstone , Kent from a firm ASB Law , her name is Jackie Judd - very efficient, reliable and knows her stuff.

I am not in Kent so only saw her inperson once everything else done by email/phone.

Sorry that you need this I am guessing theres lots of upset and trauma behind this

Good Luck

I would suggest trying Howarth Scott in Bexleyheath, they are a specialist family law firm and have been recommended to me (though am not yet at the stage of instructing solicitors...still trying to negotiate directly with my Ex).

Their phone no is 0208 303 4658 and address is The Old Vicarage, 174a Broadway, BEXLEYHEATH, DA6 7EE

Hope you're able to get some good advice and resolve the situation for the best for you and your DS, am sure this must be a v hard time with moving as well....oh, and welcome to Bexley (I'm in Sidcup) it's not a bad area here once you get used to it :)

I would recommend Gough Clinton & Broome in Welling High Street. They do the half hour for free sessions.

I second Howarth Scott. Also Therese Hayden at Thomas Boyd Whyte, also in Bexleyheath (if she's still there).
