Sometimes a good cry is just what you need. Sometimes chatting to others is good too, do you want to share what's going on?

TheOriginalNutcracker · 12/02/2011 22:25

It's nothing in particular really, or maybe it has just become normal to me, i don't know.

My ad's make it harder to cry i think.

It does help to have a good cry sometimes. I know i do occasionally.

evolucy7 · 12/02/2011 22:27

It could also be normal to others too, I sometimes find that once you voice something others say oh yes me too, not always but sometimes.

simpson · 12/02/2011 22:28

SkipToTheEnd · 12/02/2011 22:33

I have a good cry now and then to. Sometimes I feel like I need to cry to get it all out and if I can't watch something sad to kind of start it off.

TheOriginalNutcracker · 12/02/2011 22:33

I wish that were true simpson, but realisticaly, tomorrow is exactly the same as today.

Valpollicella · 12/02/2011 22:36

Tomorrow might be the same as today, but it might just have something that brightens it a bit too.

I hope things are a bit better for you

simpson · 12/02/2011 22:46

I do know how you feel sadly Sad

But all we can do is keep going and moaning on here Grin

There are loads of us in the same situation to offer support Smile

Amieesmum · 12/02/2011 22:55

Have a good sob. Get it out your system Grin tomorrow is a new day, never know what it will bring.

simpson · 12/02/2011 22:55

It might sound stupid but I have the radio on all day tuned in to a nice lively dancey staion iyswim which does cheer me up Smile

Valpollicella · 12/02/2011 23:02

Not stupid at all!

mpuddleduck · 13/02/2011 10:47

I took the children out for a picnic yesterday,we all wrapped up warm and walked to a beach nearby with our rolls and sausages, bottles of water,an apple and a kitkat each. Just for a while life felt a whole lot better, I forgot or at least didn't dwell on all the things that are worrying me or the million things that need doing or I should have done by now, and the children had a great time.
I hope you feel better today, if not letting it out on MN helps too.

TheOriginalNutcracker · 13/02/2011 12:00
