csa am I really any closer?

I hace had a letter from the csa saying how much money I should be reciving. In the same post I got another letter saying they had applieda default maintenance decision because he had not provided any information. Its for £30 per week.

He has never spoken to the csa and has ignored all contact. They do have his adress and ni number.

The last person I spoke to said they now had all the information they needed , when I asked what they would do when he didnt pay she said that they would set up a standing order and when I pointed out that he wont talk to them so hes very unlikely to give them his bank details she said she wasnt trained in that so she didnt know what would happen but they would monitor the situation.

Writing to him asking for money will just give him a heads up its time to leave his job again wont it? My dds never getting any money is she?

I feel your pain my ex has now gone to the csa after ignoring court order after court order. The guy I spoke to in Newcastle (manager) said it would take at least 4 months to get any money as they like to 'give him the opportunity to pay wilingly' before they take action. Slice of fresh air for tea anyone? Sorry - I'm not being much help gree but have a hug from me and a -sorry it's just virtual. xx

And I hear that they are going to start charging for their service, it costs enough already ringing them in the hope they remember who I am and and that my file wont get lost under a big pile.
