hello ok i split with my sons dad over 7 months ago and isnt bothering with his son i have tryed everything now i need help does any one now rights for mums coz im stuck and worried i dont now what to do we cant sime to agree on anything so i am going to solicaters can anyone help me with details on rights

If he's not bothering with contact there's not much you can do. You can't make him take an interest.

If he's not paying towards the upkeep of his child and won't come to an agreement about it I'd contact the csa.

CSA definately. And really, you can't force him to want to see his son unfortunately. Try and reassure yourself that your son needs one parent who loves him and will do a good job. Better an absent parent than a parent who makes it quite clear they are being forced to visit imo.

we are going throw csa he has said he was to now jst doesnt bother i am worried coz i have to go and tell solcators today and done now what to say
