Birthday party venue for 30 children?

It’s (soon to be) my first time at the “whole class party” rodeo.

Any suggestions for a birthday party venue for thirty 4-5 year olds (YR) in SW London (Zone 1) or at a push, Central London? My criteria are: indoors with large play area (preferably soft play). Catering and decorating not important, I can sort that out myself.

I was going for a vibe like Gambados Chelsea but they only take up to 25 children for party bookings (most places seem to cap numbers at around 20 children — I don’t blame them!)

My backup option is to somehow squash a bouncy castle and an entertainer in my building’s residents’ lounge, and pray for the best.

(Please, no need to tell me that I don’t have to do a whole class party, believe it or not I already know that!)

Thank you in advance!

Have you checked some of the Better leisure centres? We are too far from you (in Mitcham - z3) but our local one had a soft play party package that was officially up to 25 on booking, with flexibility up to 30 for an extra cost once confirmed. Maybe there's one nearer you that would offer the same? Our one had been newly renovated, great table space and we paid for exclusive use so it made life really easy.

I have, sadly the centres are too far from us, they are all in east London while we are in SW London.

Have you emailed Gambasdos as it says on the website to email them for 25+. Also not all 30 kids are likely to attend

They are not all east - we are SW and there's quite a few near us. Wimbledon, Mitcham etc. I think not close enough to you but maybe helpful for anyone reading this thread in future. Tooting Leisure Centre also does bouncy castle and soft play parties for up to 30 in case that's not too far either?

Have you checked PartyFind? They have quite a few London kids’ party venues and you can filter by things like age, party type and guest numbers. Might be worth a look since 30 kids seems to be the tricky part here.
