Hotel breakfast buffet near Piccadilly??

I’m staying in a cheapo hotel this weekend and I’m fine with it. BUT I do not want to miss out on the breakfast buffet. Please can you recommend a buffet near Piccadilly that allows non-residents?

Oh and I don’t mind paying through the nose (what does that even mean?) for a gorgeous hotel breakfast buffet. Near Piccadilly if possible.
