Birthday lunch for DH with kids

It's my DH's 50th in August and we are going to see a West End show with our two kids aged 13 and 10. The younger one is particularly fussy about food. I wanted to book us somewhere exciting to go for lunch and was thinking of the Darwin Brasserie in the Sky Garden. The prices are killing me a bit when I think about how much of her lunch DD would actually eat. Also my 13 year old will eat off the adult menu so will really add up!

Can anyone think of anywhere else that has some wow factor but maybe slightly cheaper?!

TIA

We visited London for a big birthday last year, also with a picky teenager in tow, and went to Ave Mario in Covent Garden.
Its Italian, and the food we had was great, and even picky eaters will usually eat pizza or pasta, in my experience.
It’s also v insta-worthy, if that’s your teens thing.
But we all enjoyed it, and were quite a tricky group to please…
