Al Duca in Duke of York St off Smith Square.

Franco’s on Jermyn St also nice, but pricier.

Lina Stores in Soho - there are actually a few now but a larger one in Kings X, too. The most delicious pasta you'll ever try outside of Italy and absolutely beautiful interiors, too. Took my daughter to the Kings X one once and she loved it

Another vote for Ciao Bella on lambs conduit street. Proper traditional Italian.

For all round experience Ciao Bella is all you need to know.

Padella is excellent too.
