Is a west end show enough for this celebration?

Celebration of 10th wedding anniversary and 15 years together. Weve got tickets to see a musical show so thinking about doing a day trip into London have a wander around see some sights, 2pm show get some dinner and head back home about 8.30pm with an hour and 20mins train ride.
Is it enough of a celebration/nice event?

We have thought about staying over but its so expensive! And we have got a few nights away /holidays coming up in the next few months they are with the kids however but only 2 months ago we went to rotterdam together for 3 days

What do you mean is it enough? Is it enough for who?
Only you and your husband can answer that.
There's no rules what any celebration has to look like is there?

Sounds lovely. If you’ve got someone who’ll have the DC overnight then I’d always opt for the hotel despite the expense, but that’s just me. And I haven’t had 3 nights in Rotterdam without mine, so I might be keener than you!

As in is it enough to think this is a celebration ?we don't really celebrate anniversarys some years we just do a fancy dinner at home, weve never gone away for it

Of course it's enough! One person might go to New York, another might get a takeaway, it's about what's enough for them!

For our 10th we spent the night at the hotel where we'd had our reception/spent our wedding night. Hotel was still lovely but still v popular for weddings and our room was right over an incredibly loud function room. We called reception for ear plugs at one point 😂
