What to do about shouty neighbour?

He's really stressing me out. He lives 2 doors down but he's always bloody shouting. Obviously at the moment he's at home and he's in and out of the garden, stomping around, shouting and shouting and shouting. At his wife, his son, at nothing in particular??

He's not shouting in English so I have no idea what he's saying but he sounds incredibly aggressive and I feel a bit sick and anxious. I can't even escape the house or go anywhere.

I've closed all doors and windows but still I can hear his voice piercing through.

Any ideas?

Think how his wife and son feel? They can't shut the doors. Report it to the police as a concern for their welfare.

Well yes of course. Before the shouting was maybe once a month? His wife shouted back a lot. Usually on a Sunday evening.

Ever since the lockdown he's just been going on and on and on.

Can I just call the police and say my neighbour is shouting?

It's domestic abuse and will have an impact in his child
