House prices rented accommodation and sales etc. Areas to avoid? Traffic, parks nearby, schools.

Barnet is one of the biggest boroughs in the country so you've got lots of choice. Finchley, oakleigh Park, whetstone, New Barnet, High Barnet, Totteridge and Mill Hill are a few examples of good areas worth considering.
