Moving to London - SW neighborhood advice pls

We are moving to London in April from Switzerland and for various reasons we have pretty much narrowed down the places we want to live to :
Fulham
Battersea
Putney
Barnes
We have 2 young children and I was hoping to get some views on which one is beat for families? Also, safety wise, are any of them markedly less safe than the others?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Barnes/Sheen area is great for families. Lots going on, very friendly and plenty of green space

Barnes is beautiful but no tube Sad

I wouid say Battersea or Putney - but if someone in the household is having to commute, you need to take that in to account too..

I wouid say there is no difference in safety. I!0'd rate Fulham as the least good for families. But that's based on my family - what sorts of things do you want available in the area you eventually choose?

Nappy Valley is in Battersea (essentially the area between Clapham and Wandsworth Commons) so that area is really well set up for those with DC, especially young DC.

Though expensive, as there's a noticeable mark-up on houses reliably close enough to Belleville or Honeywell school

It also depends a lot on your budget!

Thank you all for your input. We visited schools last week and the one we loved is in chiswick so we will be looking to live there. We had a wander round and really liked the vibe. Hopefully it will be the right place for our family :)
