Hi. I'm a single Mum living in Chorlton. My son goes to Uni in September leaving a lovely double room empty. I thought it might be of interest to anyone who needs an au pair/nanny but doesn't have a spare room or doesn't fancy anyone living in. The rent will be £400 a month all bills, which is, from what I can remember about Nursery bills, is a bit of a saving especially if you are hosting a European Nanny. Anyway, just a thought.
