Can anyone recommend a good hairdresser in Cardiff - Near CF11 - Cathedral Road.
I'm going to my brother's wedding and want to get my hair curled and put up. I'd ask the bride-to-be, but she's getting a little stressed, and I don't want to bug her.
I've found 2 possibilities:
Steve's Hair Design and Salon Junior (which might just do kids?)
