Good cleaner required

I am looking for a good, reliable, trustworthy cleaner in the Balham area for approx 4hrs a week (done in one day). Willing to do ironing too. Baby due end of Summer, so ideally someone who can also support (in time) on an ad hoc basis with keeping an eye if i need to pop out or possibly babysitting, would be an added bonus. Thanks in advance for any referrals.
