moving to Brigton - anyone recommend good agent?

Moving to Brighton this summer and looking for rental property to start with. Seems the market is flooded with student properties. Does anyone know a good estate agent that DOESN'T specialise in student properties. we want to be in preston park/withdean area (for schools) but willing to look elsewhere. thanks

We just did this and used Martin Co on Church Road in Hove - David there was great

Not sure if they do rentals, but the main Fiveways agents are Avard, David & Co, Beaumonts, Cubitt & West

We are just buying with David and co on Preston Drove - really helpful and practical agents that seem to price realistically and really help with advice and speeding sales through. Also get to see houses on your own where as cubitt and west cram in as many people to a viewing as possible, even on second viewings!

fox and sons don't do student rentals. For buying - if you're looking in Hanover at all, Wheelers are very good.
