Does anyone know a fantastic Headteacher looking for a new role?

Birdwell Primary in Long Ashton, Bristol is advertising (closing date is 21st June). It's a lovely school and will be a really amazing place to work as it is being completely re-modelled by Wilmott Dixon. Please spread the word to anyone who might be interested! Thanks.

Bloody nightmare recruiting a Head, good luck!

How many pupils in the school? Headteachers salary is linked to size of school so small schools often miss out. My dds school in Bristol did manage to find a Head but this was following amalgamation between Infant and Junior schools. The Junior school had been without a Head for 2 years prior to this.

Best way of getting a new Head may be promoting existing Deputy.
