Asking on behalf of a friend of mine who has very creative 11 yo twins. She lives out of town and so would like to know if a Scrapstore was worth making the effort for.

If anyone could advise she (and I) would be very grateful.

Oh yes, definitely. When I did yoof work , we used the one on Mill Road all the time...don't think it's there any more, but there is so much good 'arty' stuff to be had - if, of course you're arty, which I'm not. But, if you are planning to do loads of stuff like that - deffo go for it!

YES!

we get stuff for our community messy play group there, loads of fab random stuff that creative kids can make the best of.

infact just got this email.

Dear Scrapstore Users
After a short period of absence we are now able to offer the next date for Scrapstore.
Saturday 12th June at The Cherry Hinton Family Centre from 12pm till 2pm The family Centre is down the track opposite The Baptist church on Fisher's Lane. Fisher's lane is off the mini roundabout near the railway crossing on Cherry Hinton High Street.
I can't find a postcode at present but please feel free to ring for further details.
Many thanks and hope to see you there.
