St Albans and Harpenden estate agents - any recommendations?

Just in the process of getting our house valued to put on the market. Last time we moved (within St Albans) 10 years ago we used Druce to both sell and buy, they were pretty good. Any recommendations?

For Harpenden, I know a couple of people who have had bad experiences with Harrison Murray and who would recommend Ashtons.

Yeah, that's what I heard about HM - they told my friend her house was worth more than any other house on the street has ever sold for. And then sent lots of people round who really weren't looking for that kind of house.

When we bought from Frosts they seemed pretty good. Especially the Marshallwicks office.
