Any mums around Weston park?

Hi Mums! I'm new here n pretty new to sheffield.I'm a mum of 5 month old. She's sleeping now so I have a chance to browse ;) I leave nearby Weston park n was wondering if there r any mums around here? I'm free all week for a walk or coffee or both. Anybody available/willing;)?

I have an 8y DD. I live up the hill at Lodge Moor but my DD goes to school in Broomhill, not that far from Weston Park. I work PT in a school but am free most afternoons.

We are having a little girl, it's our first one, so would have been happy either way, but secretly wanted a girl : )
I am from Spain so can identify with the craving for sunshine & excitement of introducing little one to your in-laws. Parents will be over first and then will take DD to Spain this winter : ) So happy and proud when I think about it!!
I too have only been in Sheffield for a few years and don't know many people outside work, so look forward to meeting you ladies soon. Have either of you got any dates that we could pencil in? (I've got some a/l coming up too so could meet up during the week). Do you know Cream Cafe in Broomhill? (seems to be very baby friendly).

cream is great and food good too although a little slow, but gives more time to chat.

I can do monday's until 3 as have to do school run and ballet and may manage another weekday lunch depending on my work calender.

Thos coming monday there wilk be breastfeeding awarness campaing in sheffield's parks organised by surestart. Im planning to go, anyone wants to join? Will have to find out more details though.

Im free any time. Futuremum u can meet up in Aug/Sep, but maybe someone else want to grab a coffee earlier?

I could take half a day off and do Monday 28 June in the Cream Cafe, some time in the afternoon - say 1-1.30 pm? Meet up for a drink and a chat. I can also due Tuesday 29 any time after 11.30 am, but not sure if Tuesdays are good for you ladies? Looking forward to it : )

Hi I am in S6 and have DD1 5, DS 3 and DD 6 months.

I am up for a meet up but cannot do the parks visit today but would be happy to do another day. I can do either the Monday or the Tuesday.

monday is better for me but could do lunch for an hour at a push on the tuesday if in Broomhill.

Monday 28 June then - have just noticed I have my m/wife appointment at 2.15, so will need to leave around 2 pm for that, but say we could meet at 12.30ish? (and if the chat is still going on, I can pop in on my way back - m/wife is in Broomhill).

go - where do you know? Cream cafe is on the corner on the parade of shops need the spa, williamsons hardware and the boots. Ring any bells?

Unfortunately I have to work all day that Monday to go on a school trip with my class - typical, lol, first time all year! Hope to join you all next time.

Just to say I am looking forward to meeting you on Monday. I will try to get early and get a sit by the window so I can be on the look out. For those who can't make it this Monday, I'm sure we can meet up again in the near future. I've got three months to go and I will be needing so much company & advice in them and looking forward to make new friends.
