Hi! just starting to look into possibly moving to High Wycombe this summer. Maybe someone out there can help please..
Moving due to hubby's job nearby and trying to decide between Marlow (expensive !!) and High Wycombe (not sure if more reasonable?).
Could anyone give me tips re nice areas to live (we'll be renting to start with) and good primary schools please. We have a soon to be 4 yr old (due to start school this September) and a 1 year old. Missed all school deadlines and very stressed about that..

Micklefield, Castlefield and Booker Hill in Sands I would personally avoid, but of course many may think differently.

I have seen housing being advertised in Totteridge area is this a good area?

Also currently I have seen Year5 spaces in Ash hill primary school and Hannah Bell school.... does anyone have anything good /bad to say about them?

I think you really need to have a drive around the area if you can to see what you personally think of it.
I have seen the odd road in Totteridge that looked quite nice but overall i'm not a fan of the area.
Ash Hill primary is in the center of Micklefield, looking at local facebook pages it seems to be well liked.
Hannah Ball on the other hand I would stay away from, I have never heard anything good about the place only very negative.
Maybe have a look around Naphill, Princess Risborough, Stokenchurch areas.
